TOEM 2 Achievements — All 23 and How to Unlock Them

TOEM 2 ships with 23 Steam achievements, and the list splits cleanly into four families: one clear achievement per region, collection milestones for critters, clothing, sights and jingles, challenge completions for the climbing and photo guilds, and a small set of one-off jokes. There is no separate trophy list to cross-reference, because the Steam page reports 23 achievements and the tracker Exophase mirrors that count exactly.

The table below lists every achievement with the requirement shown on the achievement tracker. Rarity figures are the tracker's global unlock percentages at the time of writing and move as more players finish the game.

Region Clear Achievements

Four achievements reward finishing one region's quest list, and a fifth rewards all of them together. Homey Happenings and Flourishing Fulfillment are the two early ones and tend to unlock first, because Homelanda and Cropten hold the shortest quest lists. Rural Retreat and Waterway Wanderer take longer: Taletorp packs in the potion, hammer and catacomb chains, while Deltburg expects the plumbing, crane and business-deal errands.

The region clears matter beyond the achievement pop. Each region only requires roughly half or fewer of its stamps to unlock the next area, which means the four clear achievements force you to go back and finish the quests you skipped on the way through. Stamp Savant then sits on top as the sum of all four lists.

Photo, Critter and Sight Collection Achievements

The collection achievements are the slowest part of a 100% run, because they are spread across all four regions rather than concentrated in one. Collect Them All wants every compendium critter photographed, and GameRant puts the full critter total at 68. Sightseeing wants every sight photographed, which means the named Sight quest plus the wider sight list in each region's scrapbook section. A Keen Eye covers the photo challenges handed out by the Photo Challenger Guild, one per region.

Two smaller collectibles round out this family. Leave Your Mark asks you to decorate 5 photo frames around the world, and FM Fantastic asks you to find every radio jingle, an audio collectible that is easy to miss because it does not appear in the scrapbook's photo grid.

Clothing, Challenge and One-Off Achievements

Clothing contributes two achievements and a crossover joke. Playing Dressup is the completionist version, unlocking when every piece of clothing has been found; GameRant reports 39 clothing items in total. A Combined Effort is narrower and asks only for the clothing items that come from another game, a crossover set the Neoseeker clothing guide tracks by region. Big Head Mode is a separate one-off: equip the Big Head Mask.

The challenge achievements are the most mechanical of the set. To the Top needs every Climbing Challenge flag, which means the roof climb in Cropten, the inn-to-rooftop route in Taletorp and the equivalent in the other regions. Group Photo, Great Fall, Rage Room, Soccer Goal and Join A Band are one-off tasks tied to a single interaction or minigame, while Experience TOEM is the story payoff for witnessing The Whirling Birch Bloom.

A Practical 100% Order

Working the achievements in a sensible order saves a second pass through every region. The cheapest sequence looks like this:

• Clear each region's quest list as you visit it, so all four area achievements and Stamp Savant finish without backtracking.
• Photograph every critter and sight you pass, because both are spread thin across the whole map.
• Open every gift box and quest reward on sight; clothing is split between world pickups and quest payouts.
• Do the Climbing Challenge and the Photo Challenge in each region before leaving it.
• Save the one-offs (Make Toast, Big Head Mode, Great Fall, Rage Room, Soccer Goal, Join A Band, Group Photo) for a single cleanup pass at the end.
