What is Superhero Simulator?
An open-world superhero life sim from mightyraccoon! Studios. You patrol Goldpine City, stop robberies, rescue civilians and fight villains, then pay for all of it by working ordinary jobs and keeping up with rent. It left Early Access with version 1.0 on 7 October 2026 and costs $5.99, discounted 50% to $2.99 on Steam at the time of writing.
Does Superhero Simulator have multiplayer or co-op?
No. The Steam store page lists single-player as the only play style, with no co-op, online multiplayer, LAN or split-screen option anywhere in the feature list. What looks social is sharing rather than playing together: Steam Workshop for player-made content, Steam Leaderboards, Steam Cloud, Remote Play to a phone or tablet, and Family Sharing.
How do you make money in Superhero Simulator?
By working. The store description names driving a taxi and flipping burgers, launch gameplay adds cashier with more options promised, and hero work itself pays nothing. A community answer states rent is charged automatically every 5 days at 300 Gollars, and failing to pay leaves your character homeless until the balance is settled at your house door.
What did the Superhero Simulator 1.0 release add?
The Steam announcement lists Story Mode progression and new challenges, boss battles, combat finishers, Hero Rank progression, a day/night cycle, adjustable Living City settings, performance improvements, and bug fixes and gameplay refinements. That update is what ended Early Access, which had run since September 2025.
